The DF flow sensor incorporates of a multipole magnet ring imbedded into the paddlewheel. Upon rotation the magnets, hermetically separated from the liquids medium, induce a DC signal in a Hall sensor mounted on the device housing creating an
accurate, very linear flowrate reading.
